Your Trainer

George is a personal trainer based in Canterbury, specialising in client well-being through exercise and nutrition.

George's experience as a basketball strength and conditioning coach has enabled him to develop a thorough understanding of muscle building, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.

 

His sports coaching background and passion for seeing growth in others allow his clients to repeatedly perform at their best. 

​While studying in the Netherlands, George trained individuals from diverse backgrounds, each with their own unique goals and training needs. His professional and motivational approach to training attracts results.
