George is a personal trainer based in Canterbury, specialising in client well-being through exercise and nutrition.
George's experience as a basketball strength and conditioning coach has enabled him to develop a thorough understanding of muscle building, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
His sports coaching background and passion for seeing growth in others allow his clients to repeatedly perform at their best.
While studying in the Netherlands, George trained individuals from diverse backgrounds, each with their own unique goals and training needs. His professional and motivational approach to training attracts results.
